What should be a historic sight is just rusting away. This is the Hayden Bridge, that crosses the McKenzie river on the Wendling line, and is Oregon's oldest railroad bridge. When it was in service the line had a weight limit due to old age, causing all locomotives on the line to be 70tonners. The bridge alson helped contribute to the lines death. How does a scrap cre miss something like this?
